At Alma Threads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are available within 10 days of delivery.
• Applicable for both full-price and sale items.

Return Conditions:
1. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
2. All tags must be attached.
3. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return:
1. Log in to your ALMA Threads account.
2. Go to the “Order History” section.
3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Follow the instructions to initiate the return process.

Refund Process:
1. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.
2. The refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank’s processing times.
3. Alternatively, you can choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.

Exchanges:
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Delivery Charge:
• Please note that the delivery charge is not included in the return and will not be refunded.
